Order Tracking
My tracking number is not working
About 90% of our orders have a tracking number available. However, some orders may not have tracking codes. If you need more information about a shipment without a tracking code, please contact us at support@ravista.net and we’ll do our best to assist you!
You will receive your tracking number by email within a few days of your order. You can track your order using the code on our Track Order page.
Please ensure you enter the code correctly — copying and pasting is the best way to avoid mistakes.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your items are dispatched, we will notify you by email and SMS to the contact details you provided at checkout. Tracking numbers typically become available within a few days after dispatch.
You can also check the status anytime on our online order tracking page.
The tracking site says delivered but I haven't received my package yet
Sometimes postal tracking shows an order as delivered when it has arrived at your local post office but hasn’t been delivered to you yet. Please wait a few more days or contact your local post office as they may be holding the package for you.

Yes! ravista.net ships worldwide every day. Shipping is available to most countries around the globe.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All items undergo a handling period before dispatch.
99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.
We will notify you by email once your items have been shipped.
My order did not arrive on time. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@ravista.net.
How long does shipping take?
Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days.
How is the package delivered?
Delivery depends on your location and the product ordered. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office (with a notice left at your mailbox).
If the mail carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, your package may be held at the local post office for pickup.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping!
From where is my package shipped?
Our warehouses are located in China and the United States. Most orders are shipped from China. For more details, contact us at support@ravista.net.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product from ravista.net, please send us a photo or video proof, and we will send you a replacement free of charge immediately.
After Purchase
I entered the wrong shipping address or chose the wrong variant! Can I change it?
If this happens, please email us as soon as possible at support@ravista.net. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes because orders are often processed and shipped quickly (sometimes the same or next day).
If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to stop it.
Please note: If the order cannot be canceled and was sent to the wrong address, refunds will not be provided.
My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
Customs, postal services, and ravista.net are separate entities, so we are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Payment of customs fees and taxes is the recipient’s responsibility. For details, please contact your local customs office directly.
If your order is held in customs, we recommend contacting your country’s customs department to arrange release.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once you place an order, it is processed by our shipping department within 1-3 working days and tracking codes are generated.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact Customer Service immediately after ordering. We might be able to help if the order has not entered shipping yet.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
