Track Your Order

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within a few days. You can use this number to check your shipment status on our Track Order page.

My Tracking Number Isn’t Working

About 90% of our orders have tracking numbers, but some may not. If your tracking number doesn’t work or you didn’t receive one, please contact us at support@ravista.net. We’ll check on your shipment and update you as soon as possible.

How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?

We will send you a notification email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your tracking number will be included in this email, usually within a few days after shipping.

The Tracking Site Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Package

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by the postal service when they have only arrived at your local post office. Please check with your post office or wait a few days, as they may hold your package for pickup or deliver it shortly.
