Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, email rbbista17@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly issue a replacement or provide a full refund after reviewing your claim.


Items Lost in Transit

Most orders are delivered within our advertised timeframes. However, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.

If your item has not arrived and is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund, based on your preference


Returns and Refunds

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us at rbbista17@gmail.com before sending your item back

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Lost or Stolen Packages

Ravista is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided.

If your tracking number shows the item was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier to investigate

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Confirm the delivery address used during checkout

We will provide the delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist in your investigation.
